SENIOR REPRESENTATIVE PROGRAM 2025-2026

PROGRAM NON NEGOTIABLES

Respect

Is the first thing you give - to your teammates, coaches, officials and opponent. Respect the space we share - training and playing environments. Franklin players showcase a great sense of respect for the game and all those involved.

Max effort

Players are expected to give maximum effort every time they touch the court. We understand that people don’t feel 100% a 100% of the time but giving maximum effort means if you feel 90%, 70%, 50% you give the max of whatever is in the tank. Mistakes are part of the learning process and we encourage these, as long as they are mistakes of effort.

Learning responsibility

The Coaches' role is to create a safe learning environment that encourages a growth mindset and to put players in situations that challenge them to develop a combination of decisions & skills. It is the players job to take responsibility for their own learning. This starts with maximum effort but extends to their overall level of focus, attitude and coachability.

Commitment to the program

‘The best ability is availability’ - Players who are involved in the program must prioritize all representative trainings, events, games and any other team activities.
